Ecomplicity Labs FZC provides the following services:

eCommerce Solutions: Online store development and management tools.
Digital Marketing Tools: SEO, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Custom Development: Bespoke software development services as agreed upon separately.

4. User Accounts

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design) are owned by Ecomplicity Labs FZC or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

For data uploaded to our tools:

Files are processed securely and not stored permanently
Processed data is automatically deleted after the service is completed
We do not access, review, or share your uploaded data except as necessary to provide the Service
